If you have not been seen for 12 months or are a new patient you will be asked to come in for an appointment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ct-text-block\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong>\u00a0Repeat referrals and scripts requested via HotDoc can only be issued if they have previously been provided by the practice.
