We are located at Manor Apartments 289 Queen Street Brisbane QLD 4000.
Next door to the GPO and opposite Post Office Square.
Come through the glass doors of Manor hotel to the lifts or stairs to the lower level for the main surgery

ALWAYS BOOK ONLINE THE DAY BEFORE TO AVOID HIGH ON THE DAY FEES

If you book 1 hr at Queens Plaza car park they give 1 hr free before nd 1 hour after so 3 hours for approx. $10.
Entry via Edward St (between Adelaide and Queen sts)
Always book at least the day before to secure this deal.
If you miss that deal you can go online to securapark and book for Macarthur Carpark or Wintergarden Carpark. Both enter via Elizabeth St
Post Office Square carpark- enter via Adelaide St

    COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS

    Doctors constantly strive to give you the best possible care and attention. They value your feedback and have an app that will send you a survey a few hours post visit so you can give direct feedback to them. You may also request to speak to the manager or give feedback through Doctors website hosted on the main website.  Alternatively, you can put your concerns in writing to [email protected]. It will be fully and promptly investigated, and appropriate action taken, and you will be kept informed.  

    Or alternatively you can lodge your complaint to the Office of Health Ombudsman.  If you are not satisfied with our response you are entitled to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, by phoning 1300 363 992 or writing to the Director of Complaints, Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, GPO Box 5218, Sydney NSW 1042.
